Photography and Livestreaming Notice
At Conroe Church, we are committed to sharing the Gospel and the vibrant life of our community with both our current members and potential visitors. To help achieve this, we stream our services and take photos at all our events. These photos and livestreams are shared on our website and social media platforms to give others a better understanding of what it’s like to be part of our church family.
Please note the following important information regarding our photography and livestreaming practices:
Purpose: The images and videos we capture are used solely to promote Conroe Church and share the Gospel. They help guests and community members see what our church is about and what they can expect when they visit.
Privacy: We respect your privacy and do not associate names or any additional identifying information with the photos or videos we use. Our intent is not for financial gain but purely for the purpose of community outreach and ministry.
Consent: If you have any issues or do not consent to your photo being taken or used, we ask that you kindly contact the church office and let us know. Additionally, you are welcome to step aside when photos are being taken to ensure your privacy.
Children and Teens: For the safety and privacy of minors, we have a consent form available for parents or guardians to fill out and submit. Please click here to access and complete the consent form for children and teens. Email completed forms to media@conroechurch.org.
