Outreach

CHOP hosts a daily Praise and Worship service, provides a breakfast, and fellowship for the poor and homeless in the Conroe area. It also provides hygiene kits, clothes, and blankets to those in need.

We provide and serve breakfast every Wednesday at 8 a.m. at 350 Foster Drive.

Breakfast in the Park serves food and provides fellowship for the poor and homeless in the Conroe area on Saturday mornings throughout the year at Lewis Park. A brief scripture reading, devotional and prayer precedes breakfast.

We serve breakfast on a handful of date throughout the year.

Destiny Kids is an outreach ministry that targets at-risk youth from the Dugan area of Conroe. They meet weekly for fellowship, Bible study and a meal.

We host COLY every Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Teen Center.

Serving homeless families by providing shelter, meals, transportation through Christ-centered compassion helping families achieve sustainable independence within 3 months.

Providing food to people that would otherwise go without all year long. Families receive enough food for a 2-week period.

Our Food Pantry is open every Wednesday and every other Friday, by appointment only, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.

Preparing backpacks filled with school supplies for those less fortunate children in our county. Distributing those backpacks and school supplies before school begins in August.

Serving the community by having members sign up quarterly to donate blood through the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center.

Helping widows, single mothers, and military wives by giving away vehicles and free vehicle repairs.

An inner-city church that is focused on spreading the message of Jesus to a diverse audience and providing various assistance programs to those in need.

Annually we provide and serve Sunday lunch.

Bringing the light of Christ into a very dark place and spreading the “Good News” to those needing a message of hope for the sake of spiritual transformation and rehabilitation of inmates.

A community-centered event connecting families to our church through fun, games, candy, festive booths, and more.
