Steve Yates, Preaching Minister

Steve joined the Conroe church in July 1985. He preaches, teaches, serves as staff coordinator, and is a licensed marriage and family counselor. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University and received his Masters Degree from Houston Baptist University. Steve and his wife, Linda, have a daughter, a son-in-law and two beautiful grandchildren.
Jeff Phillips, Family Life Minister

Jeff graduated from Abilene Christian University and earned his masters from Lubbock Christian University. On staff since 2001, he serves as teacher, counselor and mentor to our students in grades 7 through 12 as well as their families. He and wife, Ginea, have three children.
Conner Halstead, Youth Minister

Joining the staff in May of 2010, Conner Halstead is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a degree in Youth and Family Ministry.
Annette Crowson, Children's Ministry Coordinator

Annette joined our staff in January, 2012. She plans, coordinates and directs all aspects of the Children's Ministry program. Annette and her husband, Paul, have four grown children.
David Martin, Praise and Worship

David began leading our praise service and coordinating our praise singers in 2003. David graduated from Sam Houston State University and is presently working for Moore Supply in Humble. David and wife, Kim, have two young sons.

Leah Lamp, Media Ministry Coordinator

Leah joined our staff in October 2008. She designs and publishes our multimedia presentations, advertizing and publications. She and husband, Paul, have four children.
Office Staff
Jaynee Ackley, Secretary

Jaynee began working for the church in 1980 and serves as our purchasing agent, secretary, project coordinator, supervisor of our teacher resource room, and secretary for Bandina Christian Youth Camp. She has two daughters and four grandchildren.
Nicky McDonald, Secretary

Nicky began working for the church in 1982 and assists the ministers with their workload. She sets up appointments and takes incoming calls. Nicky and husband, Steve, have three children and five grandchildren.
Amanda Smith, Administrative Assistant for the Student, Children's and Family Ministries

Amanda, a graduate of Oklahoma State University, began working as an admin for the church in October of 2009. She also served as a Youth Intern during the summer of 2007.
Charles Moore, Building and Site Manager

Charles began working at the church in 2004. He maintains our building and site. Charles and wife, Linda, have four children and five grandchildren.
